Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Gi Company, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products. If you experience any issues due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Please review the terms below for returns and exchanges.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only in the case of manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Faulty stitching

  • Fabric flaws

  • Incorrect sizing received

  • Defective trims, loops, or fasteners

Note: We do not accept returns based on general wear and tear, improper washing, sizing misjudgment (unless the wrong size was shipped), or accidental damage.


🧾 Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unwashed and unworn (except for trying on).

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • A photo or video of the defect may be requested for approval.


🔄 Exchange Process

If your product is defective and you’d like to exchange it:

  1. Email us at info@thegicompany.com with your order number and description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. We’ll cover the shipping cost for verified manufacturing issues.

  4. You may choose a replacement or store credit.


💸 Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


🌎 International Returns

For international customers (e.g., Brazil and Europe), shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items
